INGREDIENTS:
(Noudle): Fresh noodles (rice, water, salt).
(Cleaned Fish stomach package): Snakehead fish stomach,Purple onion, Vegetarian seasoning powder (Iodized salt, flavor enhancer (monosodium glutamate), sugar, tapioca starch, palm oil, natural mushroom flavor and natural vegetarian flavor (contains celery, wheat gluten and soya), flavor enhancers (disodium 5'- inosinate, disodium 5'- guanylate), spice powder (pepper, onion), mushroom powder (shiitake mushroom) 0.2%), Soybean oil, Sugar, Annatto.

(Vegetable package): Green onion.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1/ Defrost the noodle in one of two ways:
- Method 1: Boil the noodle in boiling water and drain.
- Method 2: Soak the noodle package in water (Leave the packaging intact to prevent the product from being waterproofed) for about 20 - 30 minutes.
2/ Put the fish intestine and stomach into the pot, turn on low heat and stir-fry until it is hot.
3/ Add the noodle, fresh turmeric and green onions. Add satay (sufficient quantity) and cook over low heat until the stir-fried noodle is hot, then enjoy.
